Set across two buildings, DeCamondo Galata, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel is located in the very heart of Istanbul’s historical city center, in the vibrant Galata neighborhood. Both buildings, DeCamondo Galata Evi Binası Felek Caddesi üzerinde bulunan ve DeCamondo Galata Banque Buildings Bankalar Caddesi üzerinde yer alan otel, konuklarına İstanbul'un gizli kalmış cevherlerini yerel toplumla iç içe olurken keşfetmeleri için eşsiz bir deneyim sunuyor.

Owned by the prominent European Aristocrats, the Camondo Family during the late 1800’s, the hotel features 95 stylish guestrooms and suites, designed with an unexpected blend of modern luxury and vintage charm. Reflecting the historical architecture of buildings built in the 1800s, the guestrooms are urban yet inviting with soft lighting and exposed brickwork.

DeCamondo Galata Binaları

DeCamondo Galata House Building and Banque Building were owned by the prominent European family of Jewish financier and philanthropists Camondo Family during late 1800s., With historic touches evoking Camondo Family spirit and providing authentic ambiances. The true cosmopolitans, Camondo’s principal home was Istanbul in the early 19th century. They contributed to the construction of a financial district in the city. And DeCamondo Galata’s two beautiful historical buildings of the Galata region are also the works of this period. House Building was the mansion of Abraham – Salomon de Camondo (great father of the family) and Banque Building was the business center of the family & other tenants.

Moise Karaköy – named after the prominent Camondo family member Moïse de Camondo, our restaurant offers one of the best traditional Turkish cuisine. Moise Karaköy is a rooftop restaurant in the DeCamondo Galata House Building with its distinctive modern and sophisticated style, promises a unique atmosphere to its guests. When the historical story of the building and its impressive Istanbul city view from terrace are added to the delicious traditional meat cooked on charcoal fire and served with marvellous appetizers, a unique experience emerges. The place serves all-day menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner), offers indoor or outdoor seating arragement. Every Tuesday and Thursday night DJ music performances and every Saturday night live accoustic music performances take place.

Otantik dekore edilmiş Vigneron Wine House is on the basement floor of DeCamondo Galata’s House Building (on Felek Street), serving rich local and foreign wine menu accompanied by the most worthy flavors of cheese board, charcuterie board, tapas, pastas. Restaurant opens everyday at 2pm for lunch and dinner; offers guests a highly distinctive and sophisticated wine house concept. Featuring solo acoustic music with saxosophone performance every Friday and Saturday, not only buy hotel guests but Vigneron Wine House is one of everyone’s favorite restaurant in the city.

Nissim Restaurant - named after the prominent Camondo family member Moïse de Camondo’s son lieutenant Nissim, our restaurant Nissim is located on the rooftop floor with modern, elegant and sophisticated atmosphere, scenic terrace view with magical lights of surrounding Istanbul. Nissim Restaurant can be enjoyed any time of the day with bartender’s special recipe cocktails and chef’s delicious cuisine practices. Mainly inspired by the Mediterranean cuisine, skilled chefs showcase their talents on fish dishes, tapas… prepared with the best quality seasonal and fresh ingredients.

Brew Coffeeworks Galata - The new branch of Brew Coffeeworks, one of the most beautiful and popular coffee shops in Istanbul, opened in DeCamondo Galata’s lobby floor at Banque Building. Brew Coffeeworks offers the best place grab a cup of coffee to get ready for a hectic day in Istanbul.
